'Twas a quiet autumns eve
when the man met the sparrow
Sitting 'mongst the leaves.
The man asked the bird
"Why the solemn expression?"
and stood still but heard
awaiting his own question.
The sparrow seemed to sigh,
and turning to the man
sent it's prayers to the sky
"Here you stand before me,
longing to be free.
Longing but yet, having everything you need
Alas I say run on to your dreams.
Run on I say
Run on to be free
Fate isn't loss so run on to destiny
Run on my friend
Run on to your world
For I will still be here
awaiting your return
